К сожаления я так полагаю не единственный в этом учреждении. Дело вот в чем, мне сегодня все го то нужно было прийти лишь за результатом анализов сделанные накануне. Пройдя как обычно в регистратуру я попросила карточку своего ребенка. Где мне ответили. Что нужен полис чтобы взять карточку. Я ответила что полис в карточке, на что меня попросили доказательства что это мой ребенок. Я сказала что не ношу с собой пакет документов и мне нужен всего лишь ответ из лаборатории . Была пятница впереди выходные, а мне нужно было начать лечение как можно скорее. Мне все-таки пришлось съездить за свидетельством о рождении ребенка. С ним я и пошла снова в регистратуру. ( Не ужели нельзя было дать карточку сразу. А не гонять меня туда сюда, ведь моему ребенку всего лишь 2 месяца. )
Я конечно сказала ей об этом, на что она мне ответила несколько не смущаясь "ИДИ ОТ СЮДА ДУРА"
Я конечно этого от работника медицинского учреждения ни как не ожидала! Естественно я ответила ей той же любезностью. В итоге попросив ее представится, так как на ее халате не было бэйджика, чтобы обратится с жалобой к заведующей этой поликлиники. Она мне не ответила как ее звать-величать и как то очень удивилась что она должна это сделать… Тогда я спросила у рядом стоящих медсестёр как её фамилия. В ответ было гробовое молчание. Я тут же пошла к заведующей поликлиники. Которая меня послала к заведующей регистратуры … Я опять пошла обратно и оказалось что заведующая этой регистратуры была в той же шайке молчащих . Мне ОПЯТЬ пришлось идти обратно к заведующей поликлинике и привести её за руку туда, показав ПАЛЬЦЕМ на ту особу , которой я интересовалась . И уже только тогда мене назвали её фамилию. И то это сделала заведующая поликлиники. (заметьте на уже развитую бюрократию покрывательство)
В итога я потеряв уже много времени и нервов, всё таки попала ко врачу и мой малыш не остался на выходные без лечения.
Теперь я намерена идти с жалобой в Горздравотдел на работника этого учреждения. Так как не намерена терпеть оскорбления и хамское отношение к себе. А ведь мне всего то надо было узнать результат анализов. Я как то еще поняла бы если мне б нахамили в каком нить овощном магазине. Вот такая произошла со мной ситуёвина. Напишите были ли у вас подобные случаи и главное как вы с ними справлялись.Мне бы очень хотелось узнать ваши мнения и предложения. Я 6 часов блуждала по сети, пока не вышел на ваш форум! Думаю, я здесь останусь надолго!
